Job summary

Tabby is hiring a Business Development Executive in KSA to lead a 100% outbound merchant acquisition effort. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding, engaging founders and decision-makers, and delivering tailored BNPL and financial solutions to SME merchants.

We seek a hungry, self-driven hunter with 1–2 years of experience, fluent in Arabic and English, and a proven track record in outbound selling and CRM-based pipeline management.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience in sales or BD or a target-driven role.
• Proven outbound sales and prospecting track record; self-generated pipeline.
• Ability to create opportunities independently from a standing start.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong communication, presence and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with CRM and data-driven funnel tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end pipeline generation through outbound activity.
• Conduct high-volume cold outreach and multi-channel engagement.
• Engage founders and decision-makers; map high-potential SME merchants.
• Deliver product demos and tailored proposals; close and onboard.
• Collaborate with Risk, Onboarding, Product and Operations.
• Forecast and manage a data-driven pipeline with KPIs.
• Drive activation and post-go-live merchant adoption.
