Job summary

Tabby is hiring an experienced Commercial Operations Specialist to own the technical and operational relationship with our merchant and channel-partner ecosystem in KSA. You’ll coordinate onboarding, data workflows, and product rollouts across Risk, Integrations, BD and Account management, translating payment concepts for business teams.

You will sit with both merchant engineering and commercial teams, driving end-to-end delivery and ensuring commitments from the sales cycle become reality.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in Technical Account Management or Partner/Merchant Success in fintech/payments.
• Strong technical foundation via degree or hands-on experience in payments/integrations.
• Understanding of payment flows, APIs, webhooks and checkout integrations.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic; strong cross-functional communication.
• Strong analytical, documentation and process-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operational and technical liaison between Tabby and partner merchants.
• Own merchant and channel-partner onboarding end-to-end with documentation and activation.
• Manage merchant data-enablement workflows aligned with risk requirements.
• Lead technical-requirement negotiations with merchants while keeping commercial aims.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on product rollouts and GTM plans.
• Analyze merchant performance and integration health; identify gaps and improvements.
• Own and improve internal SOPs and onboarding/documentation standards.
• Support BD during technical discussions to ensure deliverables.
