Job summary

Yallo Retail in Riyadh is seeking an experienced OTM Techno-Functional SME to lead Oracle Transportation Management implementations. You will deliver end-to-end projects, coordinate suppliers and teams, and ensure smooth integration across logistics networks.

The role requires 10-12 years in OTM/GTM, cloud experience, and strong communication. You will drive analytics, reporting, and BI, while liaising with multi-cultural teams and ensuring agile delivery.

Qualifications

• OTM/GTM techno-functional consultant with 10+ years of OTM experience.
• Experience delivering end-to-end implementations, integration and support.
• Cloud-based OTM implementations (minimum 2).
• Strong knowledge of transportation procurement, order management, carrier and rate management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end OTM implementations across logistics landscapes.
• Coordinate procurement, order management, carrier and rate management.
• Manage fleet and driver management, planning, booking and tendering.
• Ensure visibility, event management, freight audit and payment.
• Lead multi-vendor, multicultural teams and agile projects.
• Design, develop and administer integrations with other applications.

Job Title: OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) Techno-Functional SME
Job Type: Permanent

Job Location: Riyadh (onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Experienced OTM/GTM Techno Functional Consultant with 10+ years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management to deliver end to end implementation, integration, and support across complex logistics landscapes.

• Sound knowledge in OTM Cloud covering following features:

• Transportation procurement, Transportation order management, Carrier and rate management

• Fleet and driver management, Order and shipment planning, Shipment booking and tendering

• Visibility and event management, Freight audit and payment.

• Strategic and tactical analyses of transportation network, Reporting, documentation, and business intelligence

• At least two implementation experience in Cloud

• Good understanding of other SCM modules

• Ability to liaise with multiple vendors and multi culture environments teams

• Experience in coordinating the team of developers

• Hands-on project experience delivering Agile based projects

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Understanding of SCM modules

• Design, Development and administration of integration with other applications
