Job summary

Red Sea Coastal Trading Company, a specialized logistics subsidiary under Red Sea Global, seeks a Senior Specialist - Transportation to oversee shipments and optimize freight costs across Saudi Arabia and beyond.

You will develop strategies, manage carrier relations, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide client transportation logistics, while leading teams to improve service levels and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Recognized degree in Business, Analytics or Data Management related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 to 6 years in a supply chain and logistics operations field.

Responsibilities

• Transportation Operations Management: Overseeing and coordinating the transportation of goods, including scheduling, tracking shipments, and managing carrier relationships.
• Carrier Negotiations: Negotiating contracts and rates with carriers to secure competitive pricing and ensure reliable service.
• Freight Cost Optimization: Analyzing transportation costs and identifying opportunities to reduce expenses while maintaining service quality.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with transportation regulations, customs requirements, and trade laws to facilitate smooth and lawful movement of goods.
• Client Support: Providing guidance and support to clients on transportation logistics, routing options, and regulatory considerations.
