Job summary

Yallo Retail in Riyadh is seeking an OTM Functional Lead with 14-15 years of experience to spearhead complex Oracle Transportation Management Cloud implementations in a dynamic, multi-cultural environment. The role requires hands-on delivery, architecture input, and coordination across vendors and internal teams located in Riyadh.

The ideal candidate will drive design, UAT, cutover, and post go-live support while ensuring performance, scalability, and timely BI insights across the transportation

Qualifications

• Must have lead two to three End-to-end OTM Cloud implementation projects including UAT, cutover and post go-live support.
• Strong knowledge of OTM Cloud features: transportation procurement, order management, rate management, planning, visibility, and BI.
• Experience coordinating multi-cultural teams and vendors; hands-on Agile project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end OTM Cloud implementations from design to post go-live support.
• Coordinate testing (UAT), cutover activities and post-implementation stabilization.
• Collaborate with multiple vendors and diverse teams; manage agile delivery.

Job Title: OTM Functional lead

Key Responsibilities:

• "Must have lead two to three End-to-end OTM Cloud implementation projects including user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover, and post go-live support, Should have good experience in rating design, multileg/multi-stop itineraries, shipment planning, performance tuning, automation agents, invoicing setup, UI customization, and integration with Oracle OM, Inventory.

• Must have sound knowledge in OTM Cloud covering following features:
  Transportation procurement, Transportation order management, Carrier and rate management, Fleet and driver management, Order and shipment planning, Shipment booking and tendering, Visibility and event management, Freight audit and payment, Strategic and tactical analyses of transportation network, Reporting, documentation, and business intelligence, Good understanding of other SCM modules.

• Ability to liaise with multiple vendors and multi culture environments teams,Experience in co-ordinate the team of developers, Hands on project experience delivering Agile based projects.
