Job summary

Deloitte Development LLC in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Consultant – Senior Manager to lead Cyber Operate OT security initiatives for critical infrastructure projects on site. You will define OT security architecture, implement IEC 62443 patterns, and supervise assessments of OT environments at client facilities.

You will conduct OT/IT testing, review firewall rules, analyze traffic with tools like Wireshark/Zeek, and help build incident response playbooks with the SOC.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of total experience in OT/ICS environments.
• Hands-on testing in OT or converged IT/OT environments.
• Experience with IEC 62443 and NCA OTCC.
• Knowledge of industrial protocols (Modbus, BACnet, DNP3, OPC UA, IEC 61850).
• Ability to build security architecture and perform risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Design OT security architectures and reference designs with Purdue zoning and OT DMZs.
• Assess OT environments and run IEC 62443 risk assessments.
• Test OT and connected IT environments; perform configuration reviews and firewall testing.
• Develop OT security operations and incident response playbooks.
• Govern and report OT risk posture and compliance status.
