Qiddiya Investment Company in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Specialist - Organizational Development to enhance organizational effectiveness through design and delivery of development initiatives aligned with our vision and values.

The role will lead OD programs, assessments, change management, and talent development in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with HR and leadership to build a strong future talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, Psychology or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 4–5 years of experience in organizational development, learning and development, or related HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of OD practices, performance management systems, and employee engagement strategies.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills with a passion for developing talent.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess needs and evaluate initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement organizational development programs to improve performance and outcomes.
• Conduct assessments to identify improvement areas and work with leadership to develop strategies.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and development activities to foster a positive culture.
• Support change management strategies for smooth organizational transitions.
• Analyze workforce metrics and feedback to measure initiative effectiveness.
• Advocate for diversity and inclusion best practices within the organization.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to address OD needs.
• Stay informed about OD trends and tools to keep Qiddiya competitive.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership on talent management to ensure a future pipeline.
