Job summary

An organization in Jeddah seeks an experienced Organizational Development Manager to lead organizational design, governance initiatives, and business process improvements to support growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in business/HR/OD with 5–7 years in OD, design, BPM, or governance, and strong analytical and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities include KPI development, change management, reporting to senior management, and collaboration with department heads

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, OD, IE, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years in Organizational Development, Organizational Design, BPM, or Governance.
• Experience in organizational structure design and KPI development.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder and project management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Requirements:

• A relevant professional certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in Organizational Development, Organizational Design, Business Process Management, or Governance.
• Proven experience in organizational structure design, process improvement, and KPI development.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
