Job summary

Opus is seeking an Organizational Development Specialist to support the design of the organizational structure, improve policies, and enhance the employee experience in line with our strategy. You will analyze structures, document procedures, and help implement changes across departments.

The role focuses on developing performance indicators, analyzing HR data and surveys, and coordinating with HR teams to drive engagement and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field.
• Experience in organizational development, HR, or process improvement.
• Knowledge of organizational structure design, change management, and performance measurement.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and project management skills.
• Effective communication, coordination, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet and presentation software; knowledge of HR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze structures, roles, and responsibilities and propose improvements.
• Prepare and update job descriptions and authority matrices.
• Document work procedures and identify simplification opportunities.
• Support change management and communicate with departments.
• Design and monitor organizational performance indicators.
• Analyze HR indicators and surveys; prepare recommendations.
• Support workforce planning with departments.
• Participate in culture projects and employee engagement programs.
• Prepare reports and presentations on development projects.
• Coordinate with HR teams to implement initiatives and monitor impact.
