Job summary

Saudi Telecom Company is seeking a seasoned HR business partner and people advisor to lead Function Sector organizational design and workforce planning while overseeing people development initiatives. The role interacts with Center of Excellence and requires strong OD governance.

The candidate should have 5 years of HRBP experience in a large organization, preferably in telecom, and hold degrees in HR or business administration with CIPD/SHRM certifications.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in HRBP initiatives in a large organization.
• Hands-on experience supporting business initiatives in telecom industry.

Responsibilities

• Cascade STC structure at Function Sector level in liaison with Center of Excellence.
• Proactively assess org design at Function Sector to identify development areas and recommend enhancements.
• Create and develop L3 and below org structures considering budget and decision authority; provide Center of Excellence with documents.
• Report cross-functional org design changes to Head of dept and Center of Excellence; seek endorsement.
• Coordinate with other OD BPs on org design changes to avoid overlap between functions.
• Oversee development of L-3 and below org design with mandates and job profiles per COE standards.
• Meet Function Business Head regularly to understand OD and workforce needs and implement changes.
• Participate in Job Evaluation exercises for Function Sector when required.
• Identify outsourcing and workforce optimization opportunities per COE plans and guidelines.

Education

Bachelor Degree in HR or Business Administration

Masters Degree in HR or Business Administration
