Job summary

STC is seeking a seasoned HRBP professional to lead organizational design and workforce planning for a Function/Sector. You will drive OD, workforce analytics, and people development in alignment with the Center of Excellence standards.

Partner with business heads to understand needs, oversee job profiles, and coordinate cross-functional changes while focusing on budget adherence and strategic HR initiatives within the telecom domain.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HRBP initiatives in a large organization.
• Hands-on experience supporting business initiatives in telecom environments.

Responsibilities

• Cascade STC structure at Function/Sector with COE Org Design liaison.
• Assess org design proactively and propose enhancements.
• Create and develop L3 and below org structures within budget and authority.
• Report changes to Head of dept and COE, seeking endorsement.
• Coordinate with OD BP’s to avoid overlaps between functions.
• Oversee L-3 and below org design and job profiles per COE standards.
• Meet function heads regularly to understand OD/workforce needs.
• Participate in Job Evaluation for Function/Sector as needed.
• Identify outsourcing and workforce optimization opportunities.
• Conduct annual workforce planning within budget; coordinate quotas.
• Redeploy and map people to positions at Function/Sector level.
• Seek COE guidance on OD and workforce matters.
• Develop monthly/BI workforce deep-dives on attrition, absences, headcount, cost, redeployment.
• Collaborate with Org Data management to review ERP data monthly.
