Job summary

Nexttec Technology Outsourcing is seeking an Oracle HCM Consultant for a full-time, permanent position in Riyadh. You will implement and optimize Oracle HCM solutions, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and Performance modules.

Responsibilities include design, configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and end-user training, with collaboration across developers, PMs, and business analysts. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years with Oracle HCM are required; Saudi national candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Oracle HCM modules.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices.
• Proven experience in designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle HCM solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Performance Management.
• Experience with data conversion, interfaces, and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Oracle HCM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand business needs and guide Oracle HCM implementations.
• Design, configure, and implement Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Performance modules.
• Analyze and troubleshoot system issues; provide timely resolutions.
• Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, design documents, and test scripts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with Oracle HCM product updates and industry trends.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle HCM modules.
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
