Job summary

Nexttec Technology Outsourcing is seeking an Oracle HCM Consultant to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, permanent position aimed at Saudi nationals, with responsibilities spanning implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Oracle HCM modules.

You will work closely with clients to understand HR processes, design and configure Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Performance modules, and ensure successful adoption through testing and end-user training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Oracle HCM modules.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Proven experience in designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle HCM solutions.
• Knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Performance Management.
• Experience with data conversion, interfaces, and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Oracle HCM certification is a plus.
