Job summary

AMICO Group in Jeddah seeks a results-driven Sales Specialist for Optical products. You will prospect territory opportunities, build relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals, promote products, process orders, and support customers through installation and post-sale service.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Science/Marketing/Biomedical Engineering/Pharmacy, 1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers considered), and strong English and Arabic communication with persuasive

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Science / Marketing / Biomedical Engineering / Pharmacy or related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in sales; freshers with selling flair may be considered.
• Languages: English and Arabic proficiency.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct, document, and communicate analyses of customer preferences, business potential and competition actions in territory.
• Develop sales forecasts and action plans conforming to company strategies for supervisor review and approval.
• Represent AMICO as authorized partner to sell Optical products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Meet and interact with target customers and key players to define sales potentials, promote and sell products.
• Participate in marketing events, conferences, workshops and promotion campaigns in territory and accounts.
• Support customers in-service.
• Provide skilled technical support; follow up on installation, startup, utilization and maintenance.
• Report on action plans, customer responses, achievements and sales potentials and competitors rivalry.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients (surgeons, nursing and clinical staff).
• Provide doctors and staff with installation and setup assistance.
