Successfactors in Jeddah is seeking a roller to support mill shift operations. The role involves coordinating with the previous shift, inspecting tools, and ensuring equipment readiness for the shift.

You will verify measuring devices, maintain spare parts on the shop floor, monitor cooling water, and report unsafe conditions. After 18 months of proven performance, promotion to senior intermediate roller is possible.

Responsabilidades

• Inquire with the previous shift roller about mill conditions and issues.
• Check and clean hand tools; report damaged/missing tools.
• Check measuring devices for damage and calibration due date.
• Ensure spares available (water hoses, clamps, bolts) and inform Shift In-charge.
• Ensure spare guides are available on shop floor.
• Check roll cooling water flow and nozzle blockage.
• Tighten guides if loose.
• Inform Shift In-charge of any unsafe conditions.
• Promotion to senior intermediate roller after 18 months with department recommendation.

• Inquire with the previous shift Roller for mill conditions of his shift and any other job related problems.

Check your hand tools, clean them for any oil grease. Report to Shift In-charge for any damage to them or missing tool.

• Check the measuring devices for any damage and the calibration due date.
• Ensure spares available such as, water and lubrication hoses, C-clamps, clamp fastening bolts and nuts etc. Otherwise inform Shift In-charge.
• Ensure spare guides are available on shop floor.
• Check the roll cooling water for sufficient flow and also for any nozzle blockage.
• Check and tight the guides if they are loose.
• Inform about any unsafe condition to the Shift In-charge.
• After finished his preparation period ( 18 Months ) with the effective handling of job responsible and department recommendation he is promoted to be senior Intermediate roller as per organization chart vacancy
