• To ensure that the Modules are operating as per the Daily Operating Instructions.
• Study and analyze plant process parameters and plant operational behavior .
• Prepare report of process deviations and give advice to shift in charge for correction.
• To take plant rounds every day in the shift and report any abnormalities to the higher-ups.
• To guide & instruct the supporting staff in Production line for the smooth functioning of the Modules so as to achieve the daily production target, qualitatively as well as quantitatively.
• To ensure the safety of the co-workers.
• To ensure the Safety of various equipment’s & Modules in general.
• To clear the non-conformity in the Shift.
• To prioritize the jobs for service departments.
