Job summary

Successfactors in Jeddah is seeking a Mechanical Foreman to lead maintenance activities and supervise teams on site. You will ensure quality during shutdowns, supervise refurbishment and spares preparation, and monitor safety for equipment, facilities and staff.

Responsibilities include reporting damaged PPE or unsafe equipment and ensuring HS&E policies are followed, with emphasis on timely documentation of checklists and material vouchers.

Qualifications

• Diploma is required for the role.
• 3–9 years experience in mechanical maintenance preferred.
• Experience in shutdown environments is a plus.
