Job summary

Confidential Jobs in the Riyadh region is seeking an experienced Mall Operations Manager to oversee daily mall operations, ensure a safe, clean and well-maintained environment, and coordinate with multiple departments and service providers.

You will supervise tenant relations, monitor contract compliance, and coordinate onboarding for new tenants, while leading teams and handling emergencies, health and safety compliance, and vendor coordination under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration/Operations/Facility Management).
• 3–5 years of experience in operations supervision, mall operations, facilities or property management.
• Experience supervising teams and coordinating daily operations.
• Good knowledge of health, safety, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in English; strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily mall operations and ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment.
• Prepare operational schedules and coordinate with various departments and service providers.
• Conduct and supervise inspections of vacant premises.
• Ensure tenant compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational requirements.
• Handle tenant and customer complaints and coordinate maintenance-related issues.
• Manage entry permits and follow up on utility bills and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team for events and tenant participation.
• Monitor tenant payment compliance and temporary tenant adherence to contracts.
• Coordinate with tenants, visitors, contractors, and relevant authorities to resolve operational issues.
• Support legal and emergency requirements when needed.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new tenants.
• Maintain confidentiality of all work-related information.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Mall Operations Head.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facility Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations supervision, mall operations, facilities management, property management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in supervising teams and managing daily operational activities.
• Good knowledge of health, safety, and operational compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Customer and tenant-focused mindset.

Preferred:

• Experience in shopping mall or commercial property operations.
• Professional certification in Operations or Facility Management.
• Technical or vocational training in a relevant field.
