• Experience supervising teams and managing daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily mall operations to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Prepare operational schedules and coordinate with departments and service providers.
• Conduct inspections of vacant premises.
• Ensure tenant compliance with policies and requirements.
• Handle tenant and customer complaints and coordinate maintenance issues.
• Manage entry permits and follow up on utility bills.
• Coordinate with Marketing for events and tenant participation.
• Monitor tenant payment compliance and contract adherence.
• Coordinate with tenants, visitors, contractors, and authorities to resolve issues.
• Support legal and emergency requirements when needed.
• Coordinate onboarding for new tenants.
• Maintain confidentiality of all work-related information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facility Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations supervision, mall operations, facilities management, property management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in supervising teams and managing daily operational activities.
• Good knowledge of health, safety, and operational compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Customer and tenant-focused mindset.

Preferred:

• Experience in shopping mall or commercial property operations.
• Professional certification in Operations or Facility Management.
• Technical or vocational training in a relevant field.
