Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, direct, supervise, and control daily project-office operations.
  • Coordinate business, technical, financial, administrative, marketing, and business-development activities.
  • Establish strategic, operational, and financial goals aligned with regional and corporate objectives.
  • Determine workforce and resource requirements across current and planned projects.
  • Lead efforts to acquire, develop, deploy, and retain the necessary project resources.
  • Align policies, procedures, workforce capabilities, and performance metrics with business requirements.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership to multidisciplinary project teams and support functions.
  • Promote accountability, collaboration, ethical conduct, and consistent operational performance.

  • Bachelor 's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
