About the job Operations Manager- Aluminum Industry

One of our clients is in the Aluminium Fabrication Industry, in Saudi Arabia, and is hiring for the position of Operations Manager

Years of Experience: 10 -15

Education: Relevent Bachelors or a MastersDegree

Notice Period: Immediate joiners or a maximum one-month notice period.

As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of aluminum facade projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing both installation and production processes, with a keen focus on delivering high-quality outcomes within specified timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Coordination:

• Lead the planning and coordination of aluminum facade projects, working closely with internal teams, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, resource plans, and budgets to ensure efficient project execution and allocation of resources.
• Oversee the installation phase of projects, coordinating with installation teams to ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
• Provide guidance and support to installation teams, addressing any issues or challenges that may arise during the installation process.

3. Production Oversight:

• Manage production activities, including manufacturing of aluminum facade components and materials, to meet project requirements and timelines.
• Monitor production processes, quality control measures, and inventory levels to ensure efficient production operations and timely delivery of materials.

4. Client Communication and Satisfaction:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing any concerns or issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• Proven experience in project management, with a focus on both installation and production processes, preferably in the facade industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
