A leading company in the metal industry in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee activities related to aluminum facades and curtain walls. The ideal candidate will manage project phases from planning to completion, ensuring that quality standards and budgets are met, while also leading cross-functional teams. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and over five years of experience in the façade sector are required. Excellent communication skills in English are essential, as the role involves client interactions and team leadership.

One of our clients in metal industry in Saudi Arabia is hiring for the position of a Project Manager.

Experience : 5+ yrs

Location: Riyadh

Education: Bachelor's Degree.

Notice Period: Immediate joiners or a maximum one-month notice period.

• Manage all activities connected with a project from planning, through design and implementation till completion stage..
• Lead and direct cross-functional teams to perform with constraints of schedules, budgets and resources.
• Interact with clients consultants and building contractor to drive the project and to meet customer's expectations.
• Monitor project progress and maintain good records throughout the project lift cycle
• Ensure performance on project ultimately meets clients expectations in term of quality standards, on-time completion and within cost.
• Attend project, site progress and site related technical meetings..
• Monitor the productivity and the quality of work at site

Requirements:

• BS/MS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Architecture.
• 5+ years of experience working in related façade, envelope or contract glazing sector.
• Proficient with MS Project (or similar) and the ability to understand, interpret and create project schedules.
• Proficient with MSOffice suit (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proficient with PDF editing software such as Bluebeam or Adobe.
• Basic ability with CAD software is a plus.
• Able to travel as required.
• Able to effectively work in an office environment, production environment and job site as required.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
