We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee the installation, execution, and quality assurance of aluminum works at project sites. This includes curtain wall systems, cladding, doors, windows, balustrades, and other aluminum-related components. The Site Engineer will act as a bridge between the design, fabrication, and installation teams, ensuring all work aligns with technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
Supervise and manage on-site installation of aluminum systems (e.g., façade, windows, doors, curtain walls).
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of materials.
Review drawings and ensure compliance with technical specifications and project requirements.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure work is executed according to standards.
Monitor and report progress, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental policies at the site.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders regarding site work updates and issues.
Assist in preparing work schedules, resource planning, and manpower allocation.
Maintain documentation of site activities, including daily progress reports, material usage, and quality control records.
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in site engineering roles within the aluminum/facade/glazing industry.
Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, materials, and installation techniques.
Familiarity with construction drawings, AutoCAD, and site measurement tools.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management software is a plus.
Understanding of architectural and structural drawings.
Knowledge of relevant building codes and standards related to aluminum works.
Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors efficiently.
