Rgheeb is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily specialty coffee operations, ensure top quality, and lead a team across outlets. You will optimize processes, manage costs, and drive customer excellence while maintaining brand standards.

The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years in specialty coffee operations, strong leadership, and a track record of implementing efficiency improvements. This on-site role in Saudi Arabia emphasizes safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (Business Admin, Hospitality, Food Science) or equivalent.
• 4–8 years’ experience in food and beverage operations, specifically in specialty coffee.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of coffee production processes and quality control.
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee standards and brewing techniques.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and implement operational improvements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing multi-unit operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of all coffee outlets to ensure seamless, efficient performance.
• Uphold high standards in coffee quality, customer service, and cleanliness.
• Ensure SOP adherence, brand guidelines, and health & safety compliance.
• Collaborate with Store Managers, Head Baristas, and Trainers on quality assessments.
• Oversee sourcing, storage, and handling of coffee beans.
• Oversee P&L performance and control labor costs and waste.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and reduce stock losses.
• Partner with marketing on promotions and campaigns.
