Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in specialty coffee, with managerial experience.
• Proven track record managing multiple stores and achieving objectives.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple specialty coffee stores in the designated area.
• Develop and maintain relationships with store managers and staff to ensure high-quality products and services.
• Monitor and analyze store performance through visits and audits.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Train and mentor store managers on management techniques and policies.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in recruitment and selection of staff.
• Manage inventory and stock levels at all times.
• Identify and address operational issues promptly.
