Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end UTR operations for one large site or multiple sites.
• Drive performance and meet customer-facing metrics while upholding safety and morale.
• Lead training and development plans for the picking teams.
• Collaborate with merchant stakeholders to optimize operations.
• Conduct 4M/5S and Safety GEMBA audits daily in stores.
• Stand-in for Area Manager when required.
