Job summary

Salasa seeks an Operation Supervisor for RUH (Fulfillment) to oversee daily fulfillment center activities. You will drive productivity, quality, and SLA adherence while coaching warehouse staff and using data tools to optimize efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a Diploma/Bachelor in logistics or related field, 3–5 years in fulfillment with 1–2 years in supervision, strong leadership, WMS and Excel skills, and bilingual Arabic-English.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in fulfillment or warehouse ops with 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in structured warehouse env with inbound/inventory/outbound processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store metrics: productivity, quality, and KPIs.
• Lead weekly performance reviews with the Amazon team.
• Deep dives into KPIs, optimize pick paths and costs.
• Lead Kaizen initiatives to improve store performance.
• Ensure inbound/outbound SLAs and handle escalations.
• Coach associates and manage RTV and ASIN consolidation.
• Proficient in Excel and able to use Amazon tools; ensure safety and quality standards.

• Mega fulfillment centers: large-scale facilities to receive stocks of our clients, store them, prepare orders and dispatch them.
• Darstores: small warehouses distrubuted across main cities to do on-demand delivery and two-hour delivery.

• Bonded-zones (new): custom-free areas where merchants can store their products withouth the need for licenses and registrations.

B. Online: Salasa One (order management system) with integrations with online web stores such as Zed, Salla and Shopify and with warehouse management systems and transport management system. This is the one-stop-shop for our clients to manage their processes and supply chain end-to-end.

Role Summary
The Operations Supervisor oversees daily fulfillment center activities, ensuring performance targets are met across productivity, quality, and SLAs. The role drives continuous improvement, manages returns, and coaches warehouse associates while using data tools to optimize efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage all store metrics, including productivity, quality, and operational KPIs.
• Lead the preparation and presentation of weekly performance reviews with the Amazon team.
• Conduct deep dives into key performance metrics, including productivity, quality, and Gas Tank Management.
• Regularly review and optimize pick paths to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Lead the implementation of Kaizens aimed at improving store performance and operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to both inbound and outbound SLAs and handle escalations as needed.
• Manage RTV (Return to Vendor) processes and ASIN consolidation.
• Knowledge on Excel and able to operate to use Amazon tools
• Oversee performance management and provide coaching to associates to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Requirements:

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in fulfillment or warehouse operations with at least 1-2 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Prior experience in a structured warehouse environment with exposure to inbound, inventory, and outbound processes.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Proficient in WMS systems and Microsoft Excel, especially Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Data-driven mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage performance in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of safety regulations and quality management systems.
• Bilingual communication skills (Arabic & English) preferred. But proficiency in English is a must.

Working Conditions

• Work performed in a warehouse environment with standing, walking, and lifting.
• Shift work and weekend/holiday availability may be required based on operational needs.
