Tas'Helat Marketing Co. is seeking an Operation Director to lead end-to-end retail network operations in Riyadh. You will shape strategy, drive efficiency, and manage capital investments across multiple stations with strong emphasis on customer experience and safety.

The role requires strategic leadership, budgeting, and stakeholder management across regional teams, with a focus on process improvement and digitalization in the fuel retail sector.

Qualifications

• Bechalor's Degree in Business Administration, engineering, Marketing, Economics or related field.
• MBA or master's degree in management business Analytics or Operations (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall operations strategy aligned with company goals.
• Lead annual business planning for volumes, revenues, margins and KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost efficiency, profitability and customer experience.
• Oversee daily operations of fuel retail network through regional leadership.
• Ensure consistent SOPs and brand guidelines across the network.
• Monitor KPIs: volumes, profitability, safety and service scores.
• Ensure HSSEQ compliance and regulatory requirements; lead emergency readiness.
• Lead budget development and control operating expenses; approve station investments.
• Oversee B2B operations (fleet cards, corporate accounts, smart cards).
• Collaborate with projects to plan network expansion and upgrades.
