Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process orders: receive/review POs and split items between Saudi and India factories; issue production orders.
• Follow up production: track status daily until manufactured, received, inspected, and packed.
• Coordinate delivery and documentation: ensure deliveries, maintain delivery notes, sign-offs, and shipping docs.
• Manage collections: follow up with clients on invoices and payments until received.
• Handle multiple projects: manage concurrent orders for major accounts; maintain trackers and status reports.
• Provide administrative support: correspondence, filing, document control, secretarial tasks.

Position: Operations Coordinator (Order Management)

Type: Full-time | Salary: SAR 2,000-3,000/month

About the Role

Elite Uniforms is seeking a reliable and highly organized Operations Coordinator to manage the full order cycle for client purchase orders - from PO receipt through production, delivery, documentation, and payment collection. Production is split between the in-house factory in Saudi Arabia and the garment factory in India; this role is the central point coordinating both.

Key Responsibilities

Area Detail

• Order Processing Receive/review client POs; segregate items between Saudi and India factories; issue production orders to both
• Production Follow-up Track order status with both factories daily until goods are manufactured, received, inspected, packed
• Delivery & Documentation Coordinate and supervise deliveries; maintain delivery notes, sign-offs, shipping documents
• Collections Follow up with clients on invoices and payment until received
• Multi-Project Handling Manage concurrent orders for major accounts; maintain trackers and status reports
• Administrative Support Correspondence, filing, document control, secretarial tasks

Requirements

2-3+ years in operations/order management/sales coordination (manufacturing, trading, or logistics preferred); strong follow-up discipline; proficient in Excel, email, and document management; fluent English (Arabic an advantage); organized, detail-oriented, multi-project capable.

Compensation

SAR 2,000-3,000/month based on experience; performance-based incentives discussed at interview; other benefits per Saudi Labor Law.
