The Operation Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily operational activities within a specific area, such as transportation, warehouse, or logistics. The role focuses on ensuring efficient workflow, strict adherence to procedures, and the achievement of performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations within the assigned area, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of operational staff (e.g., drivers, warehouse workers, logistics coordinators).
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of work.
