Job summary

Zahid Group is seeking an Operation Supervisor to oversee daily operations in Jeddah. The role focuses on efficient workflow, staff supervision, and performance reporting within logistics and related areas.

You will supervise drivers and warehouse staff, monitor KPIs, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with other departments. A background in logistics, strong communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years in an operational role, with 1–2 years in a supervisory/lead role.
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in logistics is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day operations within the assigned area; ensure smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
Train, guide, and motivate a team of operational staff (drivers, warehouse workers, logistics coordinators).
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of work.
Track KPIs and report on operational performance.
Identify and resolve issues; escalate complex problems to management.
Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Monitor inventory, stock checks, and accuracy.
Create and manage staff/equipment/delivery schedules.
Prepare regular reports on activities and performance.
Maintain communication with other departments and external stakeholders.
