Job summary

KAFAAT Recruitment in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in construction and project management to oversee and optimize the company’s operational and project activities.

The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and contractual requirements, while leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10–15 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in construction and project management and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities related to construction and project execution.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure delivery according to scope, budget, schedule and quality requirements.
• Develop and implement operational plans, procedures and project execution strategies.
• Monitor progress, identify delays or risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, contractors, consultants, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Review schedules, budgets, manpower, procurement and resource allocation.
• Ensure coordination between construction, engineering, procurement, commercial and support functions.
• Monitor costs and ensure operations stay within budgets.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on performance.
• Ensure compliance with standards, policies, contractual requirements and HSE regulations.
• Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, clients and other stakeholders.
• Resolve operational and project-related issues and escalate where needed.
• Support tendering, mobilization and resource planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity and cost control.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting and close-out of projects.
• Provide leadership, guidance and performance management to teams.

Qualifications
