Job summary

Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Manager, Construction Management to lead the execution of large-scale infrastructure and development projects in Riyadh. You will oversee contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure on-time delivery, safety, quality, and adherence to budget.

You will drive value engineering, manage project controls, supervise site activities, and communicate with senior leadership through regular executive reports. This role demands strong leadership and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in construction management on large-scale infrastructure, residential, mixed-use, or major development projects.
• Proven track record managing contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Certifications such as PMP, CCM, or PE are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead all construction activities from mobilization through project completion and handover.
• Manage contractors, consultants, and site supervision teams to achieve project delivery objectives.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and construction performance.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and health and safety policies.
• Oversee construction planning, sequencing, and execution strategies.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures to minimize impacts on cost, schedule, and quality.
• Review and manage contractor progress, change orders, claims, and commercial issues.
• Coordinate with design, project management, procurement, HSE, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Lead site meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Drive value engineering, constructability reviews, and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical, construction, and interface issues.
• Prepare executive reports and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

• Experience working on complex master-planned developments, mega projects, or large infrastructure programs is highly preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, PE, or equivalent are advantageous.
