Job summary

Qiddiya | القدية seeks a Senior Construction Manager to lead all construction activities from mobilization to handover for large-scale master-planned developments in Riyadh. You will coordinate with designers, PM, procurement, HSE, and operations to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and safety while directing cross-disciplinary teams across programs.

With 12+ years in construction management, you will drive constructability reviews and value engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in construction management, with significant experience delivering large-scale infrastructure, residential, mixed-use, or major development projects.
• Proven track record managing contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project controls, contract administration, and quality management.
• Experience working on complex master-planned developments, mega projects, or large infrastructure programs is highly preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, PE, or equivalent are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead all construction activities from mobilization through project completion and handover
• Manage contractors, consultants, and site supervision teams to achieve project delivery objectives
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and construction performance
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and health and safety policies
• Oversee construction planning, sequencing, and execution strategies
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures to minimize impacts on cost, schedule, and quality
• Review and manage contractor progress, change orders, claims, and commercial issues
• Coordinate with design, project management, procurement, HSE, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery
• Lead site meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder engagement activities
• Drive value engineering, constructability reviews, and productivity improvement initiatives
• Ensure timely resolution of technical, construction, and interface issues
• Prepare executive reports and provide regular updates to senior leadership
