Job summary

IMAR OVERSEAS KSA seeks a Senior Project Manager (Civil Engineer) to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction projects in Saudi Arabia. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure quality and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate brings 20+ years in construction, strong leadership, and experience with major contractors. PMP is a plus; GCC/KSA experience strongly preferred. On-site role with heavy ownership of delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum 20 years of overall construction experience with significant PM experience.
• Strong experience with reputable main/general contractors.
• Proven track record managing large-scale construction/high-end fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, planning, cost control, contracts, procurement, QA/QC, and HSE.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary project teams and multiple subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of project financials including variations and claims.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, and client-management skills.
• GCC/KSA experience is highly preferred.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and take ownership of project delivery.
