Responsibilities

  • Assists in receiving and confirming delivered items in the system after labeling and tagging.
  • Validates quantities against orders using manual checks or the WMS.
  • Collects items from shelves to fulfill end-user requests via manual or WMS workflows.
  • Maintains stock levels in OR Level 2, PACU L2, and other locations during top-up and records data accurately.
  • De-boxes supplies and places them in correct locators; disposes of packaging.
  • Ensures proper stocking on racks and locators and maintains orderliness.
  • Picks items from shelves to load orders per system instructions and supervisor guidance.
  • Utilizes Oracle SCM system to complete tasks.
  • Participates in annual physical stock or cycle counts when needed.
  • Maintains storage clean and safe, protecting against unauthorized access.
  • Adheres to hospital policies and procedures and engages in ongoing training.

2. Validates quantity against Acquisition Order/Pick Slip on the racks manually or via Storehouse Management System (WMS).

3. Collects items from the shelves after receipt of orders from end users either manually or through WMS after essential confirmation.

4. Checks and keeps appropriate supply degree in OR Level2 as well as 4, PACU L2 stores and also various other provincial areas during Top-Up. Records efficiently provide matters right into computer system as well as typing in of the info, where suitable. Prints tags for products and affixes where relevant during reconstruction.

Education and learning

Associate Degree/ Diploma in Product Management or, Health Center/ Company Management, or Secondary School Education and learning is needed.

Experience Needed

No experience with Partner Level/ Diploma needed, or one (1) year of related experience with Senior high school is required.
