The Warehouse Supervisor will play a pivotal role in maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing warehouse processes, and leading a team to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. This position requires a proactive leader who can effectively coordinate with various departments to facilitate seamless supply chain operations in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective processes for receiving, storing, and dispatching items.

• Ensure accurate and timely receiving of goods, including verification of quantities and inspection of quality.
• Maintaining stock in main, sub, and area store not exceeding approved quantity
• Review the availability of each item to ensure that the stock is enough to cover its consumption
• Ensure all received goods meet the required standards and specifications.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the integrity and safety of stored items.
• Maintain accurate documentation for warehouse transactions and activities.
• Perform periodic inventory by physically counting and ensuring it matches the system.

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field is preferred.
