Job summary

Talent Blueprint FZ LLC is seeking an experienced Venue Technology Supervisor to plan, implement, and operate technology systems across multiple venues in Riyadh and Jeddah. This hands-on role requires coordinating with operations, suppliers, and contractors to ensure readiness, testing, and continuity during live events.

The position is onsite, full-time, with potential travel between venues and flexible hours during events.

Qualifications

4+ years in venue technology, IT infra, or event tech.
Experience with large-scale events or major venues is desirable.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Based in Saudi Arabia and able to work onsite in Riyadh/Jeddah.

Responsibilities

Supervise deployment and operation of technology across venues.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and venue teams to meet tech requirements.
Support mobilisation, installation, testing, and live operations.
Monitor performance and availability during events.
Conduct venue inspections and readiness checks.
Coordinate testing and troubleshooting during operations.
Identify issues and escalate critical incidents as needed.
Ensure all tech equipment and infrastructure are installed and operational.
Maintain records of assets, installations, tests, incidents, and issues.
Assist with change requests and documentation.
Monitor supplier performance against SLAs and requirements.
Prepare venue tech readiness reports and daily updates.
Assist with incident management to minimise disruption.
Ensure compliance with venue, health & safety, and security procedures.
Support weekend/evening/public holiday operations as needed.
Carry out additional tech and ops coordination duties.
