Job summary

Talent BluePrint FZ LLC invites applications for a Venue Technology Coordinator to support day-to-day technology services at tournament venues. You will assist with setup, testing, and basic troubleshooting while coordinating with technical teams and suppliers to ensure venue technology is ready for events.

The role requires 1+ year in venue operations or event tech, solid AV/IT networking knowledge, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event days.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of venue tech systems (AV, networking, ticketing, access control).
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for maintenance and upgrades.
• Support setup and teardown of technology for events and functions.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance checks.
• Maintain documentation of technical assets and incidents.
• Provide on-call tech support during live events and peak hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of venue technology systems (AV, networking, ticketing, access control, etc.)
• Monitor system performance and promptly troubleshoot technical issues
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for equipment maintenance and upgrades
• Support setup and teardown of technology for events and functions
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance checks
• Maintain accurate documentation of technical assets and incidents
• Provide on-call technical support during live events and peak operational hours

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of AV, IT networking, and venue technology infrastructure
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities under time pressure
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and event days
• Basic project coordination and vendor management experience

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Electronics, Engineering, or related field
• Relevant technical certifications (networking, AV systems) preferred
• Valid work authorization for Saudi Arabia
• Willingness to work on-site at venue locations as required

Experience Requirement

• At least 1 year of experience in venue operations, event technology, or technical support roles
• Prior experience in live large-scale event or venue environments is highly preferred
