Job summary

Talent Blueprint FZ LLC seeks a Venue Technology Coordinator to manage day-to-day technology services at tournament venues. You will assist with setup, testing, troubleshooting, and coordination with technical teams and suppliers to ensure venue tech is ready and operational.

Role requires on-site work in Riyadh, with flexibility for evenings and weekends during events. 1+ year in venue operations or live events is preferred, with IT/AV knowledge and vendor coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Electronics, Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant technical certifications (networking, AV systems) preferred.
• Valid work authorization for Saudi Arabia
• Willingness to work on-site at venue locations as required.

Role Summary

The Venue Technology Coordinator supports the day-to‑day delivery of technology services at tournament venues. The role assists with equipment setup, testing, basic troubleshooting and coordination with technical teams and suppliers to help ensure venue technology is ready and operational.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of venue technology systems (AV, networking, ticketing, access control, etc.)
• Monitor system performance and promptly troubleshoot technical issues
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for equipment maintenance and upgrades
• Support setup and teardown of technology for events and functions
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance checks
• Maintain accurate documentation of technical assets and incidents
• Provide on‑call technical support during live events and peak operational hours

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of AV, IT networking, and venue technology infrastructure
• Problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities under time pressure
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and event days
• Basic project coordination and vendor management experience
