Job summary

Talent Blueprint FZ LLC is seeking an experienced Venue Technology Supervisor to plan, implement, and operate technology systems across venues in Jeddah and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This hands-on, full-time onsite role involves coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure technology readiness throughout event lifecycles, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of venue technology or IT infrastructure experience.
• Experience with large-scale events or venues.
• Ability to read technical docs and plans.
• Based in Saudi Arabia, onsite in Riyadh/Jeddah.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment and operation of venue technology across venues.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and venue teams.
• Support mobilisation, testing, and live operations.
• Monitor performance and resolve incidents.
• Maintain records of assets and changes.
• Ensure safety and compliance with procedures.
