Job summary

Synechron is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst in Saudi Arabia to lead ITSM/ITOM implementations. You will focus on understanding business needs, translating requirements into ServiceNow solutions, and guiding project teams to successful delivery.

The role requires strong ITIL knowledge, hands-on ServiceNow experience, and the ability to mentor junior consultants while aligning solutions with client objectives and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT service management consulting with ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices; ITIL certifications preferable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Lead design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow applications including ITSM and ITOM.
• Analyse current processes and identify improvements and automation opportunities through ServiceNow.
• Develop and maintain project documentation: BRDs, functional specs, and user stories.
