AECOM Middle East Ltd – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Project Controls Engineer specialized in Scheduling. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, progress measurement, baseline maintenance, and schedule performance analysis within a Civil Engineering program.

You will gain exposure to CPM, WBS, EV, change control, and integration with EPC schedules. Key duties include developing and maintaining schedules, updating progress, gathering data, and producing scheduling reports to support

Qualifications

• Ability to apply CPM scheduling, WBS, and EV methodology.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of project planning and scheduling concepts.
• Support development and maintenance of project schedules.
• Gather information required for schedule development and updates.
• Become familiar with data sources used to build schedules.
• Assist with schedule baseline development and maintenance.
• Review engineering, procurement, and construction schedule logic.
• Apply CPM scheduling concepts.
• Support regular schedule updates throughout project delivery.
• Develop and maintain work breakdown structures to support planning and scheduling.
• Understand relationships between schedule performance and financial performance.
• Support data collection for project controls.
