Job summary

AECOM Middle East Ltd is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Specialist - Cost and Reporting in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on cost analysis, schedule performance, earned value management, progress reporting, budget tracking, and change control for large-scale infrastructure and rail projects.

On-site position supporting delivery with disciplined financial controls and reliable management reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or related field.
10+ years of experience in project controls, reporting, or performance management.
Experience on large-scale infrastructure/rail/transportation programs is important.

Responsibilities

Apply established project controls systems and reporting procedures across projects.
Collect, validate, and organize cost, schedule, progress and performance data.
Maintain WBS data and align scope, cost, schedule and reporting requirements.
Analyze expenditures against budgets and cost baselines.
Track actual costs and identify emerging variances affecting forecast.
Monitor manpower, labor hours, and resource requirements vs plans.
Support development of cost and schedule baselines for performance measurement.
Track progress information and assess performance trends.
