J&T EXPRESS in بريدة (Buraydah) is seeking an Operations Manager to lead end-to-end express delivery and hub operations. The role oversees first-mile, sorting, transportation, and last-mile activities while driving service efficiency and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in express delivery or last-mile logistics, with proficiency in WMS/TMS and data analytics, and strong leadership capabilities. This is an on-site, full-time role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in express delivery, last-mile logistics, e-commerce operations, or supply chain management.
• Proven leadership in managing large operational teams and multi-site hub operations.
• Proficiency in WMS/TMS, MS Excel, and operational data analytics.
• Strong problem-solving, stress tolerance, and stakeholder communication.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu preferred depending on market.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end logistics operations across pickup, sorting, transportation, and last‑mile delivery.
• Monitor branch/hub performance to meet SLAs and optimize routes and dispatch schedules.
• Coach supervisors, couriers, and fleet personnel; plan staffing and shifts.
• Ensure SOPs and safety compliance; manage POD, inventory control, and regulatory adherence.
