Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or business administration.
• 3–5+ years in express delivery, last-mile logistics, or related ops.
• Proven leadership of large teams and multi-site hubs.
• Proficiency in WMS/TMS, Excel, and data analytics.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• English fluency; Arabic or regional language helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations from pickup to last mile.
• Monitor branch/hub activities to meet SLAs.
• Plan routes and driver schedules to cut transit times and costs.
• Track KPIs such as OTD and cost-per-parcel.
• Drive process improvements to reduce damages and errors.
• Lead supervisors, sorting staff, couriers, and fleet personnel.
• Ensure SOPs and safety/regulatory compliance.
