Job summary

Al Tayer Group's Insignia division seeks an experienced warehouse Operations Leader to manage day-to-day activities, overseeing receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods, with a focus on efficient last-mile execution and high customer satisfaction in the Riyadh region.

You will optimize space, schedules and costs, drive continuous improvement of warehouse processes, and partner with buying, Merchandising, Retail, and digital teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery for luxury brands.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in logistics/Supply chain from a recognized institution.
• 6-8 years of experience in warehousing & distribution in retail.
• Knowledge of perfumes, cosmetics, and the local market.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations and last-mile delivery to meet SLAs.
• Develop and implement cost-efficient processes for warehouse and transportation.
• Coordinate with buying, Merchandising, Retail and digital teams to align delivery capacity.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics partners and ensure inventory accuracy.
