Egis is seeking an experienced Resident Engineer to lead infrastructure project management on-site in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. You will serve as the primary technical authority, overseeing planning through completion and coordinating with clients and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in infrastructure or construction PM, strong English communication, and familiarity with Saudi codes. This on-site role emphasizes safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in infrastructure or construction project management.
• Proven expertise in PMCM methodologies and construction practices.
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabian building codes and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with budget management, cost control, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities and site operations to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare comprehensive technical reports documenting progress, issues, and corrective actions.
• Manage project schedules, timelines, and milestones while coordinating with multiple stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Monitor project budgets and costs, analyze variances, and implement cost control measures to maintain financial objectives.
• Review and approve technical documentation, drawings, and construction methodologies prior to implementation.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimize delays.
• Maintain organized project records, including daily logs, test reports, and compliance documentation.
• Communicate effectively with project management, clients, and regulatory authorities regarding project status and performance.
