Job summary

Egis Group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks an experienced Project Coordinator - Infrastructure to drive successful delivery of infrastructure projects. You will oversee project status, deliverables, and schedules, coordinating with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders for on‑time outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field, 2–3 years of project coordination or management experience, and proficiency with MS Project, Asana or Monday.com.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in infrastructure or construction.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (MS Project, Asana, Monday.com, or similar).
• Strong people skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple teams and departments.
• Excellent organisational and time-keeping abilities with proven capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills with a methodical approach to risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track infrastructure project statuses, deliverables, and delivery schedules with precision and analytical rigour
• Coordinate with team members, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow and timely project progression
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports
• Identify potential risks and bottlenecks, proposing proactive solutions to maintain project momentum
• Manage project resources and allocate budgets efficiently whilst maintaining cost control
• Facilitate effective communication between project teams, clients, and senior management through regular updates and meetings
• Support the development and implementation of project plans, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives
• Conduct regular project reviews and analyse performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Maintain organised records of all project‑related correspondence, contracts, and compliance documentation
• Assist in the induction and support of new team members involved in infrastructure projects
