Job summary

Perfect Vision is seeking a Field Sales Coordinator to represent the company across active project sites throughout Saudi Arabia. This field-based role requires visiting Haradh, Hawiyah, Fadhili, Jafurah, Khurais, and other sites to build relationships with site decision-makers and procurement teams.

You will identify live site requirements for Fleet Management, Telematics, PWAS, IVMS, and LMI solutions, generate leads, capture RFQs/POs, and hand actionable opportunities to the commercial team

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of sales experience or site coordination in Saudi Arabia.
• Valid Driving License and willingness to travel to project sites.
• Strong communication with site engineers, project managers, and procurement teams.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Continuously visit active project sites and contractor camps to identify opportunities.
• Identify client needs for Perfect Vision products and solutions.
• Generate qualified sales leads and gather site requirements.
• Build relationships with Site Managers, HSE Officers, and fleet personnel.
• Coordinate RFQs/POs and pass opportunities to the central sales team.
• Assist with site access during technical surveys and installations.
• Maintain daily/weekly site visit logs and report progress to management.
